THE COAL SHED REVIEWS
Amazing. It's not cheap, but you pay for quality and excellence here. This is my second visit and both times have been phenomenal. Excellent staff on hand to serve you and the food is melt in the mouth You need to book to avoid disappointment. Sunday lunch available until 4pm but check the website. If you are having a sharing steak then go easy on the starters, unless you are very hungry or can eat loads. Will return.
Fantastic restaurant, always great quality, wonderful service.... Best chips and gorgeous chocolate mousse and of course great great steaks. Lovely wines too..... Perfect!!
Was an hour early for our lunch reservation, but the team were accommodating and welcoming. Came to celebrate my daughter's graduation and it was the perfect lunch to celebrate with.

MILLER & CARTER BRIGHTON REVIEWS
The food was lovely. I had the lamb and it was was delightful. The cocktails were amazing and our server Linda was so friendly. She gave us fantastic service and even helped us choose from the extensive menu. We arrived early for our lunch booking and they accommodated us immediately. Will definitely be coming back.
Had the most amazing food and evening. Our waitress Kim made us feel most welcome and made the night very enjoyable. Would recommend to anyone and If ya lucky you will get Kim as your waitress.
We chose Miller and Carter to celebrate a big birthday. Kim was our server and from the beginning of our evening we felt very much looked after. The restaurant was quite busy (Saturday evening dinner time), our waiting time reflected that, however the drinks and the food were so delicious and very much worth the little wait. We had a great time, left with some pudding to take home, and would definitely recommend to pay a visit!

THE HOUSE RESTAURANT REVIEWS
Arrived on a hot afternoon and chose to sit in as it was cool and welcoming. Lovely menu but the surprise is the excellent presentation, followed by the incredible flavours of the food. Left alone to enjoy our food, we both remarked upon our superb meals.
What a nice surprise! We walked in randomly and we haven’t been disappointed. Really good food and customer service. We recommend the Bouillabaisse and the fish & chips.
Hidden Gem! Tucked away in a little side street this restaurant is an amazing place to go with the family. We sat upstairs, were attended to very quickly and the staff are friendly.
