Very warm welcome from checking in, It was my partners birthday and from the start she was wished happy birthday, and courteously was given a birthday gift cake with a candle and a chocolate tablet saying “happy birthday”, all waiters & waitresses were VERY polite, Very helpful, Very welcoming and friendly with big smiles. We will definitely be booking here again Food was incredible and service was very quick.

Always a pleasure dining at the ivy chain. Attentive staff always friendly and willing to go that extra mile. It wasn't the fastest of service this evening but was very very busy. Food again always really nice but my ribeye was slightly overcooked would suggest the fillet more as that was cooked to perfection. Really great job guys keep doing what you do best.

Booked the Ivy for our wedding anniversary as we know The Ivy is always good. The food is great, service very friendly and there’s a nice atmosphere. It was extremely hot inside, but I understand because there’s a kitchen and a lot of people. They brought us a dessert for our special occasion which was super kind of them.

Our visit to Bill's in Brighton for a birthday brunch was delightful overall. Although there was a slight wait to be seated, it didn't detract from the experience. We opted for the brunch pancakes, which were both tasty and satisfying. The drinks were notably smooth and fruity, adding to the enjoyment of the meal. Our experience was made even better by the friendly waitress who served us. She was incredibly accommodating, ensuring all our needs were met and even surprised us with a birthday dessert. We regret not catching her name, but her attentive service left a lasting impression. Overall, our first visit to Bill's was thoroughly enjoyable, and we look forward to returning soon. The combination of delicious food, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere makes it a place worth revisiting.

Really great food and atmosphere. Been to Bills in Cambridge 5 years ago so we wanted to try out Bills at Brighton this time. Never disappointed. Walked in after 1pm on a weekday and got a window seat. Tasty starter, great cheese burger, with wonderful ice cream to finish it off. Really pleased. Thank you Bills!

We had an excellent dining experience at Bill’s. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. Special thanks to Millie and Marco for their fantastic service—they truly made our visit memorable with their friendly and attentive care. Highly recommended!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! We visited Embers for our 2nd wedding anniversary with our Hungarian Viszla girl (they are super dog friendly). The evening was perfect. EMMA our waitress was fantastic from start to finish. Chatting us through the menu and looking after us. So helpful, service was great and chatty throughout service. We ordered the set menu - the food was amazing! Everything was delicious. We also want to give a shout out to VALERIE in charge of the bar. Her cocktails and knowledge of drinks were amazing. We had a fabulous evening & this place is so worth a visit. We can’t recommend more.

No words to describe this place other than, phenomenal. Quite possibly the best Sunday roast served in Brighton, served quite generously. The cocktails were to die for, so much so that I had to sample three of them. Ben and the team were incredibly accommodating and welcoming throughout my visit. If you’re looking for a Sunday night well spent, please do visit Embers! You won’t be disappointed!

food was utterly fantastic and once we’d understood the concept of the platter we were all in! the unsung hero was the cauliflower cheese puree which i could bathe in, and went fantastically with everything. best pork i’ve ever had, beef was perfectly cooked and the lamb sausage was so good my boyfriend ordered another. there’s a reason it’s been voted best roast in brighton, highly recommend!
