We came here on a Sunday afternoon with the kids and we seated in Ralph's section. He was extremely kind and friendly, made us feel right at home. A lovely waiter makes all the difference and we will definitely remember Ralph! Great food, excellent salad bar, all 6 of us very happy.

Love the new food menu, so many more choices and options inc for vegans. Our waitress Ayu was lovely and very informative on the menu as I've a nut allergy. Food was excellent and full of flavour. Thank you we will be back. Highly recommend.

They do what they do and for me that means good value with decent fresh food (which upgrades to really great value with the lunch menu). Can’t knock it IMO - but my shout out goes to Laura who served us today. She was absolutely cracking.

I have always wanted to try a Carvery but somehow I never had a chance. Well today, my first time, and it was brilliant. Food are delicious and plenty, Europe style massive portions, huge variety, tasty meat and vegetarian options. Wanted to try some pudding but literally had no room left. Definitely will go back and they do take blue light card!

I came in on Monday and was served by Jo. She looked after us really well and nothing was too much trouble. My daughter wanted a straw and she went and found some, even though the bar had run out, and she made sure we were happy the entire meal. Best service I have had in a long time!

Lily was our waitress, and she was ever so professional and lovely. Very polite and handled a situation so well, amazing management as well, great place to go. And the turkey and beef was very nice x.

Very nice experience at Bill's for my 1st time. The staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was great. The food was really good as well. Ordered the 3 course lunch with fried calamari for the starter, the Bill's burger and fries for the main, and the salted chocolate tart for dessert. Would highly recommend for a nice lunch out and if you feel like treating yourself!

Staff were attentive and helpful. Asked for porridge as I had enjoyed it previously at Bill's, but found it was a weekly menu choice not Saturday brunch. The staff organised for me to have it. Really appreciated this.

Super friendly staff and the lentil, paneer and spinach curry was absolutely gorgeous. The bread that came with the curry was a tiny bit stale, but otherwise spot on. Thank you.
