The food was nice, but more than that, the staff were so lovely and willing to go above and beyond - I was given an extra scoop of ice cream and someone else in our party got a free cheesecake as another item on the menu was not available! I thanked the staff member who was serving us after the meal as they were lovely and so patient when I can take a while to choose what I'd like! Highly recommended the garlic mushrooms with goats cheese, it was the nicest goats cheese I've ever had, very creamy and I don't normally like goats cheese.

We've just had a lovely meal at pizza express Colchester. The food was fabulous but our waitress Lisa was just amazing. So friendly, attentive, cheerful and nothing was too much trouble. Her Mum and the other staff were also very good. Will definitely go back.

Great food! Incredible gluten free options! Our waiter Liam was so lovely and super attentive! 10/10 would recommend x.

Davina, Mark and Antony were all very friendly and dealt with the fact they did not have the vegan pepperoni in stock wonderfully. An asset to your restaurant. We'd definitely return. Also, very pleased with the choice of vegan options. Have always loved pizza hut pizza and the salad bowl. The biscoff cheesecake was great! And loved how the allergies are labelled too! Really useful.

Absolutely amazing customer service I even had the luxury of having a drink offered whilst waiting for my takeaway. Ooo also every time I’ve come to the restaurant I’ve left happier as the food and customer service was and always is impeccable I’d recommend this Pizza Hut to everyone! Great job guys.

Top quality food and everything you'd expect from a Pizza Hut. Great vegan options as always including a great vegan dessert which I always love. Plenty of parking and relatively easy to find too.

First time in Colchester and a friend recommended this place. It is a hidden gem with a warm and inviting ambiance. The service was attentive and genuinely friendly, thanks Mira! Every dish was flavorful and beautifully presented, proving the kitchen knows its craft. For the quality of food and service, the prices are more than fair—definitely great value for money. Highly recommended!.

I love this place! Beautiful aesthetics inside and for once a restaurant which has have really comfortable chairs! Although a paired back menu, easier and clearer to choose from. Pizza was delicious and you can taste the dough was handmade! Staff front house and in the kitchen were so welcoming and just made it feel comfortable and relaxed! 10/10 will be back and recommend to my friend and family.

Amazing food especially if you're pasta & Pizza lovers. They have great options in cocktails I loved their kiwi dream it was so good. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Ambience is another plus point. You must try tiramisu it's out of the world extremely delicious. We loved it.
