Absolutely fabulous! Ulli is a delight and puts so much thought and effort into crafting personal touches on your cake. I ordered a Bienenstich for my mum's birthday and the cake was gorgeous. Such an rare and skilful bake made to highly professional quality. She sent photo updates during the process and was often in contact. Could not recommend her more.

I've had cupcakes on a few different occasions and a surprise birthday cake recently from Ulli's bakes. All of them were AMAZING! Each bite a delicious morsel, baked to perfection, each of them a small work of art. Very importantly the sweetness levels were always perfect (unlike some cases were your teeth hurt). The birthday cake was a salted caramel and it was probably the best one I have ever had. The sponge was perfect, small pockets of caramel which complimented the sponge and a delicious buttercream that didn't overtake everything else! Very very much enjoyed! I can't recommend Ulli's Home Bakes enough! I will be most certainly going back for more.

Ulli is truly talented. Her cakes are divine and crafted with care. The artistry that goes into the cakes she makes is outstanding and they taste unreal.

Last week i got in touch with Ulli to make a cake for my son's 21st - oh my what a wonderful supplier to deal with - so professional and helpful from start to finish on what's app. She produced a show stopper of a cake with all that I asked for including candles, messages etc. She delivered it to him on Monday (even though i said Sunday would be fine as she works on Monday but Ulli said no to that as she wanted it to be as fresh as possible). We had our wedding cake created my Sherbert Moon and it was just perfect. The cake was beautiful and tasted delicious. We asked a month or so before our wedding if we were able to incorporate a gender reveal into our cake and they couldn’t have been more helpful.

Sherbet moon cakes made my 3 tier wedding cake, excellent communication, beutiful wide range of samples. Everyone commented how beutiful it was. Perfection. Would highly recommend. Thanks again. Brilliant service!

Their cupcakes not only look stunning but taste delicious too! Came in a lovely presentation box. Lovely ladies, would highly recommend!

An amazing local cake maker! I have had several products from Charlotte from cakes to cookies and they have always tasted delicious. She puts lots of care into everything she bakes and listens to what you want.
