LA SPAGHETTATA REVIEWS
Good food in big portions, worth the money. We ordered the pesto penne, which was not too bad; the mushroom risotto was brilliant, the garlic bread and pizza were delicious, and the calamari was nice too. The three of us couldn’t finish all the food and brought a few takeaway boxes home after the meal—a great restaurant for lunch.
Massive food portions which arrived quite quickly! Lovely staff and food is of good quality. Me and my partner were very shocked at the size of the portions as they’re massive!
Fantasy find. A very popular restaurant amongst locals and students. You can't book so be prepared to queue but it is worth it. I had gnocchi great portion size and delicious.

ZIZZI REVIEWS
The brownie has been THE MOST AMAZING brownie I have ever had. With caramel and shaven white chocolate.. It was to die for. Waitress was great, food was awesome, wife a bit grumpy but the kids were happy so 9 out of 10!!
I had a lovely main meal here, followed by a gorgeous calzone dessert. The staff were really pleasant, and the restaurant is situated in a lovely area of Durham centre. It wasn't my first time here, and it won't be my last. Wheelchair accessibility: They have a wheelchair friendly disability toilet and ramp access to the restaurant.
Tasty food in a lovely setting. Booked online and went for lunch. Can watch food being made in the open kitchen. Staff friendly and helpful. Pizzas delicious, will definitely return.

LA SPADA REVIEWS
Oh my goodness! 5 stars does not seem enough. Not been here for a while, but had a family night out here tonight, 10 of us, all had different meals and not one of us was disappointed. For me personally I had surf and turf, truly amazing, the nicest most well cooked bit of steak I have had in many years, so tender it would have cut with a spoon, juicy prawns and tasty mussels, pure heaven. Service was fast, food was hot and fresh and the staff amazingly friendly and helpful, prices not at all bad either,. MUST go again soon.
Accidentally booked table for 9 instead of 10, was no problem to staff to accommodate us by moving tables around. Following that the service was fantastic, staff so attentive, professional and definitely on the ball, food absolutely amazing and all meals arrived at the same time which was unusual for a table of ten, whole experience was second to none, thank you so much! Can definitely recommend.
Absolutely brilliant time. Staff bent over backwards to accommodate us, food was excellent and the cost genuinely surprised us! Food for 6, two kids, with drinks and three Irish coffees after came in a smile under £100! Chicken Kiev was really nice, pizzas were spot on, carbonara pasta was demolished by the littlest and the fish cakes (originally a stater, but offered as a main) didn't last long at all. Highly recommend visiting and we will be back. Thank you very much!
