Gorgeous food! I shared a cheesy garlic bread to start which was perfectly balanced, followed by the tortellini! It is my favourite! I always get it when I'm there! I also ordered the roast potatoes which were not what I was expecting as they were traditional in a tomato based sauce but they were delicious too! Always attentive service, quirky but cozy decor. A firm favourite amongst family and friends.

Good food in big portions, worth the money. We ordered the pesto penne, which was not too bad; the mushroom risotto was brilliant, the garlic bread and pizza were delicious, and the calamari was nice too. The three of us couldn’t finish all the food and brought a few takeaway boxes home after the meal—a great restaurant for lunch.

Seated 5 of us without having to book. Food was of very high quality and plentiful. Happy staff and good service.

Another lovely evening at La Spada! Food and service excellent as always, and Roberto and his team are so kind and thoughtful with our grandson. Highly recommended! Food & drinks: Super Italian restaurant with a lovely local vibe. Fabulous gnocchi.

Absolutely fantastic we have been coming to La spada for over 3 years now and it never fails absolutely lovely, very friendly staff and the owners a gentleman! Highly recommend.

Good local Italian restaurant. Had lasagne which was good quality and very reasonably priced, pizzas looked good too. Surprisingly busy when we visited on a Monday lunchtime so must be very popular, would recommend booking in advance especially evenings and weekends

Amazing fondue board and chicken and prawn skewers! We shared it all between the two of us, and ordered a green bean side as well. I had a couple of cocktails as well - a raspberry mojito and a Rum Forest Rum, both very nice! The server was great, very friendly and helpful.

The food was lovely and the staff were very friendly and accommodating! The portion sizes are generous and there was a lot of different options in the menu. We really enjoyed the fondue and pizzas, would definitely recommend.

1st time eating at Zizzi, mocktails, pizza , fries and dessert for lunch with the daughter, food and drinks were delicious, staff were very friendly, will definitely return.
