Had a great visit today at Zizi in Gunwharf. Great selection of food on Menu, what we ordered was very nice. Our Waiter, Aivars, was amazing. So polite, friendly, helpful and accommodating. A credit to the restaurant. Thank you so much.

We had a great time, the food always great and so as the atmosphere. The desert are amazing! Our waiter, Nick was super friendly and attentive, so as the rest of the staff. Great place, 100% would recommend.

Marcin was so friendly and really made time for my dad on his birthday by even adding a candle to his dessert and singing him a song. It added to our lovely day out so thank you to Marcin 10/10.

Absolutely lovely meal. Atmosphere was good, staff were very polite and attentive. It was so busy and still the staff really made an effort. Really good prices there too. Its also nice to see they took notice of the booking requirements I asked for when I booked online. Will definitely back.

We came to Frankie and benny’s a few nights ago and we were served by the amazing Jenny! We had amazing food and Jenny made sure that we were looked after! She was so attentive and always came back to check on us every so often to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back! Well done Jenny!

Fantastic customer service tonight especially from Harrison our waiter. The food was amazing as usual. Also we sat outside which was great looking over at the centre at Gunwharf Quays. I would definitely recommend the Mac and Cheese, Cheese burger.

staff was amazing we was acknowledged straight away by the door. Isa seated us, she asked me for any allergies which is really important because I have a severe egg allergy so I felt really comfortable. Service was smooth, food was quick. Would definitely come back to Portsmouth just to visit here again.

David was fantastic. We went for our son's birthday and really made the night great. The food was fast and hot. David was charming, attentive and positive. We would go back again due to how great David was.

It was very pleasant atmosphere and the food was very good quality and price! The team was friendly and helpful. Payment process was quick and easy.
