STEKI AUTHENTIC GREEK CUISINE REVIEWS

A fantastic restaurant situated on Osborne Road in Southsea. The decor feels fresh and when all the doors are opened up on a summer's evening, you could be forgiven for thinking you'd been transported 2,000 miles away to a beautiful restaurant on the Greek coast.

STEKI is the best greek food in Portsmouth; fresh meat, delightful tastes, friendly stuff and the greek music in the background brings you back to Greece. The atmosphere and the decor is lovely. Prices are normal. We had our furry friend with us and we were glad the restaurant is dog friendly. We recommend!

Beautiful little restaurant, really lovely and welcoming staff too. The food was delicious and very generous portions. I would definitely recommend the greek salad, and the rice that came with the BBQ meats was so light and fluffy.

My family and I have been coming here for a few years and it never disappoints. Their food is fresh and delicious - great for vegans and for meat eaters too. I’ve brought friends and family and everyone has enjoyed themselves. Nice atmosphere and staff.

This restaurant impressed us with a flavorful chicken wrap and mix grill platter and a rich Lotus Biscoff cheesecake. Mix grill was perfectly seasoned. Great flavours, attentive service, and a welcoming ambiance made it an enjoyable dining experience.Plus, the student discount made it an excellent value.

Nestled in the vibrant area of Southsea near Portsmouth, Cedar is a hidden gem that brings the authentic flavors of Lebanon to the heart of the coast. From the moment you step inside, the warm ambiance and friendly staff create an inviting atmosphere that sets the stage for a delightful dining experience.

This is one of those lovely places that you're glad you found. It's on the busiest street in Southsea, and easily overlooked in the hubbub, but well worth a visit. My partner used to live in the Middle East, and speaks Arabic, so it's no surprise that she spotted it first, and wanted to give it a try. We've tried quite a few dishes, and haven't had a bad one yet. My partner loves that the food is authentic Lebanese, right down to the handful of fries that you find inside your chicken wrap. Took my mum there, too, and she was impressed with her lamb chops. Cash only.

We were staying overnight close by and decided to try this restaurant. The host was extremely welcoming and although there was only one other table booked we felt there was a lovely friendly atmosphere. The food was absolutely delicious, and extremely good value. We would be delighted to go back, alas geographically, it probably seems very unlikely. We would heartily recommend this gem.
