Pho is a group of restaurants across the country, serving great-value, healthy Vietnamese food cooked fresh daily in each kitchen. Stephen and Juliette Wall started Pho. It is a simple, modern chain dining room offering Vietnamese noodle soup and street food dishes. You can get a kids’ meal and a drink. Pho Soho’s kids’ menu even has colouring and games to keep children entertained. Their menu is over a quarter vegan and almost entirely gluten-free. Pho is a delicious, healthy dish enjoyed for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, constantly adapted to suit individual tastes. Their mission is to spread the pho obsession by building a group of unique restaurants that are the best they can be in every way possible.
