HART'S BAKERY

Arch 35, Lower Approach Road, Temple Meads, Bristol BS1 6QS, UK Directions

Since 2012

Speciality:

Bread Pastries Coffee Lunch Savouries

Hart's Bakery is an artisan bakery with a rustic cafe space offering homemade pastries, pies, and cakes. All their pastries are handmade, and their sourdough bread is crafted from flour, water, salt, and natural leaven. They use organic flour from Shipton Mill in Tetbury and bake fresh, high-quality products daily on-site. All of their products are prepared, baked, and sold in one open space.

2025 Update: Hart’s Bakery specialises in sourdough, handmade pastries, seasonal cakes, and savouries. Their long, slow fermentation process creates bread full of flavour and character, with excellent keeping qualities. This schedule allows their bakers to work during the day, and the bread is available for sale as soon as it comes fresh from the oven.
