Went here when I was last in Bristol and I would recommend. I had the Classic Beef Brisket Pho and it was great (also a great portion size). There is a good ratio of meat and veg. I can’t remember what my brother had but it was on the same level. The service was friendly and the restraunt itself is well located and beautiful inside. A calm place for dinner.

Staff are so friendly and always happy to help! The quality of the food is incredible and consistent, while the portions sizes are satisfactory. The perfect hangover cure and meal to have when you're ill

Brilliant experience at Pho Bristol. I’m coeliac and the staff were super knowledgeable and the food was excellent. Lauren especially was so sweet and looked after me and ensured everything was safe for me to eat. Very happy and an enjoyable meal.

classic beef pho was so good (12.5£) the broth was so deep with flavours and the beef portion was so generous! the service took quite a long time (>30 min) but would say it’s worth the wait

Had a delicious meal here last night. Got the tofu curry with a tofu and guacamole summer role. The food was so tasty and there were a good selection of drinks. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the atmosphere was lively. Would recommend booking as this place is always busy, a good sign.

Very delicious PHO with Vietnamese style. A small but warm restaurant. Better make a booking before you go.

The best Vietnamese restaurant in Bristol. They have a unique array of dishes you can choose from that isn't just your typical Pho. The smoothies are also incredible, I recommend the mango smoothie as the mango's actually taste ripe and tropical compared to the British mango. It's a smaller restaurant so I recommend booking beforehand because they can get very busy :)

A real little gem in Bristol’s food scene. Super friendly service, a lovely laid back atmosphere and absolutely fantastic food. The pork spring rolls were delicious (as was everything else!) but the stuffed squid special was a real stand out. If you see it on the menu order it immediately.

Amazing! Lovely, cosy, little place that is soon expanding. Ladies' servers were wonderful. The chef is a very friendly, kind, generous person. The kind chef everyone could have as a role model. And we just loved the food we were served. We could eat it every day. It's just delicious. Well done to the Saigon team and the chef for running the place.
