Fantastic service throughout, plus barely any wait for the food even though it was super busy so very impressed, it was also cooked perfectly. The interior is decorated superbly and this made the perfect setting for an anniversary meal. Special thanks to the waiter and waitress who served us, they were excellent from start to finish and left us feeling very well cared for.

My lovely friend booked afternoon tea for my Bridal shower and we had the most wonderful time. Our waitress was just lovely and really made everyone feel welcome. The food was fantastic and the veggie options were so much more interesting than other afternoon teas. Presentation of the food was stunning as well.

Absolutely stunning experience. The food was amazing and perfect amount. The staff was incredible and the place looks very cosy. It definitely has a luxurous vibe but you can still feel at ease. The prices match the quality. I would definitely recommend.

I’ve been here twice, first time for breakfast and second time for a dinner with the family. We all loved it. It’s very airy and elegant with all that light coming through. What a majestic ceiling! The building was originally a bank apparently. The food here is good and the service is rather excellent- we’ve been lucky enough to be served by one of the young lads there and he was so well mannered and knew how to help. We were well taken care of. The steak was fantastic and on point, cooked to perfection just the way you wanted it, my family tried the duck and it was so tender and juicy. We enjoyed all the food here, breakfast/brunch was also great and just the right amount of food. Overall amazing place. Perhaps it would be nice to add a few more veggie options to extend the menu. Otherwise, everything was perfect. Parking is a bit further away.

We had an amazing time during our celebration wedding reception. The food was great which our guest was impressed, that every bite is savoured. Wine and cocktails is perfect. Stunning and fascinating architectural ambience. So elegant to capture intimate wedding with small group of guests. The waitress servicing us was accommodating. It's a lovely day at The Cosy Club! I would love to spend our wedding anniversary meal here soon definitely will keep coming back to try other meals.

This place is great and has a beautiful interior. The food was delicious, and the cocktails were nice. Our waitress was friendly and attentive, and she made us feel welcome. The service was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

We pre booked our family Christmas Lunch for 12 people at Browns,Bristol,having not dined there before and being Christmas Day we did think it was a 50/50 bet if it was going to be any good. Were we wrong, it was more than a 100% bet,the ambience, the food,the service were all fantastic,our personal waitress Jasmin was amazing so polite and knowledgeable and worked so hard to keep all our needs met,she was great a credit to the company and I hope rewarded.Again thank you absolutely perfect.

We had a fantastic meal on the terrace at Browns Brasserie & Bar in Bristol. The staff were attentive and efficient, ensuring our needs were taken care of throughout our lunchtime visit. The lemon sole and rack of lamb we ordered were both cooked to perfection. While it's a bit of a climb up from the waterfront, the delicious food and excellent service make it absolutely worthwhile visit if you are in Bristol looking for something special.

What a super spot to have supper at if visiting Bristol. Sophie who looked after us was really professional, friendly and gave good recommendations and made our evening. Steak was cooked perfectly, sides were delicious and wine choice was excellent. Would recommend if you need good food and great ambience.
