The restaurant is a celebration of fire-based cooking and great local ingredients. The restaurant's in-house butchers handpick and prepare the best meat from farms in the southwest. All their steaks are dry-aged for at least 35 days and cooked over a charcoal grill, served with a choice of sauce. You can also try their Cauli in The Coals, prepared using tempura cauliflower, brined, smoked & roasted. Pasture Restaurant offers table reservations and outdoor seating.
