Pasture Restaurant offers high-quality steaks and craft cocktails with a full bar facility. Chef Owner Sam Elliott owns the restaurant. The restaurant is a celebration of fire-based cooking and great local ingredients. The restaurant's in-house butchers handpick and prepare the best meat from farms in the southwest. All their steaks are dry-aged for at least 35 days and cooked over a charcoal grill, served with a choice of sauce. You can also try their Cauli in The Coals, prepared using tempura cauliflower, brined, smoked & roasted. Pasture Restaurant offers table reservations and outdoor seating.

2025 Update: Pasture Restaurant strives for excellence in product sourcing, menu creativity, and customer service. Their steaks are cooked over charcoal and wild cherry wood. The beef is dry-aged for a minimum of 35 days and cut fresh by in-house butchers.

Steak of the Art serves steak and simple dishes in a design-led eatery with individually themed booths and artwork displays. They aim to select the best quality ingredients, prepare them respectfully, and then serve them with love. With room for up to 20 people, they're a perfect spot for a business presentation, meeting, or meeting with friends and family. All their steaks are served with slow oven-dried tomatoes, lamb's lettuce garnish, and a choice of butter. You can taste their SOTA Burger, which contains 100% steak mince patty.
