BILL'S REVIEWS
I recently dined at Bill's restaurant, and I was truly impressed. The charming decor added a warm and inviting atmosphere to the experience. Their full English breakfast was nothing short of amazing - delicious and perfectly cooked. What truly stood out was the impeccable service. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made the visit all the more enjoyable. Bill's is a must-visit for anyone seeking a delightful breakfast with a side of wonderful ambiance and top-notch service.
Decent restaurant and decent food. Can't actually complain about anything, as it was quite good, not amazing, but good. Good atmosphere and good service. It was not my usual place to go, but i enjoyed it and would recommend it, but the menu could do with a few more choices as it looks very limited and not a lot to choose from.
I’m simply writing this review to dote on our fantastic waitress, Beatrice, at Bill’s in Cambridge. She served all of our needs and was very polite and efficient every time we required something. A genuinely hard working staff member who made our experience at Bill’s A*. Thank you so much Beatrice!

BROWNS REVIEWS
Wonderful evening here with my Mum. There was a live pianist which was really special. Delicious food, great service, at a place that is part of Cambridge’s cultural history - I remember coming here as a teenager which is almost 40 years ago!! (and it’s better than I remember too!) Would definitely recommend, and will be returning next time I’m here.
Browns is a great place to eat. I have been to other Browns before but the one in Cambridge is my favourite. The restaurant itself carries a great ambience in the large, spacious hall. Staff are attentive and friendly. The food was fresh and tasty. There was also a good selection of wines and beer on tap. Vegetarian options: Vegetable pot pie, mango kale salad, veg curry.
Had another lovely evening at Browns (with my wife). Great atmosphere and fantastic service from our waitress “Grace” who elevated the whole evening. If I had one critique - it’s that the menu doesn’t appear to have changed in a long while.

THE IVY CAMBRIDGE BRASSERIE REVIEWS
Tomato and Basil Salad with Sherry Vinegar Dressing was very fresh and was a perfect starter for me. Then I had Whiskey Barrel Wood Smoked Salmon for the second appetizer. The salmon comes with the lid and the server opens it in front of you. The amount of seasoning is just right and salmon was very fresh and high quality. It comes with grain bread and a lemon. The entree scorched dry-aged steak was medium-well-done by the chef’s recommendation. Unlike the regular beef, this one had a somewhat uniform taste but rich flavor of aged beef. The dessert mini chocolate truffles came with 6 small pieces and were very sweet.
The Ivy was the perfect choice for Saturday lunch on a rainy day. I suspect it would be excellent any day under any conditions. It's classy but welcoming. The food was incredible, the service was professional and fun. Even the washrooms are beautiful! Dietary restrictions: They were great at dealing with my dairy allergy!
Ivy Brasserie in Cambridge is truly a gem. The food, service, and ambiance were absolutely fabulous. The moment you step inside, you're greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere that sets the stage for a memorable dining experience.
