“Taste of Cambridge serves classic falafel wraps with mixed toppings and gourmet sandwiches. They spend most of their free time working on new combinations of flavours, textures, and tastes in their kitchen. The friendly team uses recycled and recyclable materials in all cases. All their ingredients are supplied fresh, and they use local, independent suppliers as much as possible when selecting their produce. All their food, ranging from falafel to a selection of salads, hummus, and signature chilli sauce, is freshly prepared and homemade on-site. Their halloumi and tasty Middle Eastern flatbreads are specially prepared to order for them every week. Taste of Cambridge is entirely vegan and vegetarian; everything is vegan apart from the halloumi. Dine-in, curbside pickup and delivery service options are available at Taste of Cambridge.

2025 Update: Artur de sa Barretto and his wife Menna van Prague are the founders of the truck. Outdoor seating is available at the food truck.”

I absolutely love this place! The food is delicious, the portion sizes are generous, and the prices are really affordable. The owner is incredibly friendly and welcoming. I’ve already visited this food van twice, and I’ve heard the owner might be planning to expand the menu — I’m definitely coming back for more!

Good food, good guy! Everything is fresh, the portions are generous and look amazing. The meat is tender and juicy, with a unique taste I’ve never found anywhere else. Fast and delicious! In short: highly recommended.

Food is amazing, special kebabs with mushrooms,onions and peppers cooked on the hotplate ! Scrumptious i'll never get a kebab anywhere else ! Salad is so fresh ! 10 stars from me !

Fresh, yummy ingredients. Staff are lovely, generous with portion sizes and take great care with all orders even when rushed off their feet. Absolutely amazing!

The best falafel I’ve had in my life! The customer service is always amazing, and the food is freshly prepared and delicious. This is my go-to place for a healthy lunch in Cambridge. I could not recommend them more!
