Great food in a convenient city center location. Well priced, particularly if paying by the App. The customer service is exceptional. Super friendly staff, particularly Eva and Maisie, who go above and beyond for their customers, even at busy points of the day. Highly recommended.

I've never been a massive fan of bagels, but Bagel Factory changed that! They sell amazingly delicious bagels and are wonderfully fast with such a friendly staff. (thanks Eva, for getting me perfect bagels every time!!)

I've been served by Eva, she was very nice and professional. She gave an extra straw for my drink, because like she said they get soggy. The food was delicious. I will definitely be coming back.

We regularly come for a weekend breakfast or brunch and wouldn’t go anywhere else. As other reviews have said, the food is amazing and the portions are very generous. Whether you are after something sweet or savoury, there is a great choice and some brilliant specials. The service is also excellent and a special mention must go to Taylor, who is a real star.

Prefer an independent cafe and this is why! Amazing menu - gutted we couldn’t manage a pancake or the French toast. Lovely environment and atmosphere. Friendly staff. Delicious coffee. Highly recommended.

Well, what can I say about this place that hasn't already been said. Cafe 19 is simply as good as the photos suggest. Ofcourse there are cheaper cafes out there, but trust me, it is worth the few extra quid to occasionally treat yourself here. The portions are definitely bigger than they look in the photos and can be a challenge even for big eaters. May I suggest, if you come here with family or a loved one, you should try ordering a savoury dish and a sweet dish and sharing both half each. That way you avoid a sugar overdose!!!

Been wanting to try here for ages I wasn’t disappointed, had bagel with cream cheese and smoked salmon followed by a Bavarian Danish fantastic, food amazing really nice people serving would highly recommend

Beautiful food excellent bakery I love to get a few things from here expecially on Sundays. No reason why I just like cheese salmon bagel on a Sunday morning very tasty and im never disappointed. Historic building this it's been thr longest bakery around crumpsall area for over 50 years at least. Gotta love that dedication to the job. Well done Bakers upstairs and down. For the consistency of great products.

Very friendly pleasant staff. Traditional bakery with amazing Bagels!!! Just has a birthday cake was perfect everyone loved it.
