Lady called Sephora served me. I asked if I could pay on two separate cards but the first payment needed to be exactly £10 (it was for work). Despite the shop seeming understaffed and busy. This lady helped me out massively. I was being fussy with my order even though I noticed the staff seemed stressed. It was clearly quite difficult as the systems must be different to the retail store I work in. I really appreciate your hospitality and the length you went to for me as a customer. Thank you very much Sephora, I’m sorry to have caused a bother…

I got a too good to go order from here. The food was so good and the staff were super friendly and I’m sure they gave me extra things because I came away with so much food! Thank you!

Amazing customer experience. Honestly fair engaging and talkative. Gave me a genuine smile. Their staff honestly made me think. I don't want to go to an other cafe. Was concered about the sugar in the still drinks but they said try if on the house. I liked it ill come back for more. I would like to thank george for the experience.

This place was on my list for very long time and it lived up to the expectations. Wow the food is just insane. So packed with flavour. We had the philly cheesesteake and the shrimp po' boy. Both were banging. My favourite was the shrimp one and my husband's favourite was the philly. They aren't cheap, but considering the portion size I think is good value for money. You need to pre order in advance and then queue to collect it. It would be nice if they have a canopy while you queue as it was raining. I will definitely visit this place again.

This is most amazing sandwich I’ve ever had. At first I wasn’t sure when my friend took me down a strange alleyway but believe me 5 mins on the alleyway is worth a lifetime of satisfaction. The chicken was tender, bread soft and the sauce was incredible. One sandwich is enough for one or to share between two. 5 stars will be returning to try the other options.

The food was absolutely amazing! I made a mistake with my order, but Andre handled it so kindly and professionally—he fixed everything right away and wouldn’t even let me pay. Exceptional service!

Love Subway, and their vegan foot long sandwich very tasty. Always welcomed as soon as I enter the store with smiles and greetings from Frank and his colleague same last two times. AC is always on and its nice n cool in there. I feel relaxed, makes me happy, and look forward to building my own lunch. Nice Queens and Bronx Bridges and maps within two pictures on the wall. Nice and clean. 10/10

Great late night subs available to help with the hangover in the morning. Conveniently located across the road from popular bars and close the Manchester Arena, it's open all night with a security guard inside too.

Very friendly staff, they get to know what you like if you're a regular and they've got busy lunch time service down to a fine art. It's the perfect grab and go lunch time place and they also have a small number of seats at the back of the restaurant.
