I had a lovely dinner while I was there, the whole restaurant was packed. The ladies working there were efficient and friendly. Very convenient and near my hotel in the Haymarket area. Their food was beyond what I expected, it was so tasty and fresh. Their iced milo too was so creamy and perfectly made, I had to order another one. The ambiance too is very cute, ties in nicely with the Vietnamese cuisine. The dishes are very expensive though, that is the only negative point, but it was a great time.

Lovely Vietnamese restaurant not too far from Haymarket. It is BYOB with £3 corkage per person. Lovely curries and the spring roll starters were great.

Best Vietnamese restaurant in town, run by a Vietnamese lovely lady reminds me of my grandmotheR They also sell a lot of artwork and crafts hand bags. I got a lovely one for myself. You can come to eat and visit the gallery.

Tyson our server was amazing! Very attentive and knowledgeable about food which is and is not coeliac safe. I appreciated his explanation of eating Pho and mixing things to enhance the flavours. It WAS a flavour bomb! So so delicious. We had beef brisket and the chicken Pho. Also had the chicken wings! So happy 98% of the menu if gluten free!

Highly recommend if your ever in Edinburgh Wow! Everything is gluten free except for the spring rolls! I loved this restaurant!!! Enjoyed the wings, curry, squid and pho bowl. I so appreciate that everything was so safe and gf and delicious

Quick fast comfort food at Pho. We had Pho’s beef noodle & Pork rice. Both dish are delicious. Soup in the noodle could be a bit hotter, but still it is tasty. Our server Tayson is super efficient, friendly and takes time to understand individual spice level and make the right recommendations.

PHO VIET REVIEWS

We arrived to Edinburgh on a cold rainy day. Nothing could beat a hot bowl of Pho. Plus I didn’t feel like going out for dinner, so I browsed for Viet restaurants on UberEats. Pho Viet was the first restaurant popped up. I was very hangry at the time, so I didn’t bother to look at reviews on Yelp or Google reviews before placed my order. For main dishes, we ordered Pho Bo, Bun Bo Hue, Com Suon Nuong, and Bun Thit Nuong. For drinks/desserts, we got the Thai Tea, Vietnamese iced coffee, and Vietnamese Rainbow Drink ( Che Ba Mau). Our food was delivered 40 minutes later.

The Pho were good no question about it. Their signature roast duck was fabulous - crispy skin with juicy duck meat. It appeared more like deep fried then roasted. Very tasty nonetheless. The grilled pork with fried spring rolls was another dish we enjoyed very much. Loved that they serve authentic fish sauce based condiments with the dishes.

The food is so good and my Vietnamese wife said that she can taste the taste from Vietnam, especially for the fish. Just be aware of the small bone.
