LA GARRIGUE REVIEWS
The service and ambiance were absolutely wonderful. My husband’s lamb was delicious my fowl with sausage and bean casserole was absolutely terrible, but then again, I do not like dark meat, sausage, or certain types of beans. The poultry was very dry for me. Our appetizers were delicious!
An excellent meal. Good choice of wine, very informative and friendly staff. Both our starters were superb, and Le Cassoulet was both our main of choice. A great decision, pork belly and duck cooked to perfection, sausage helped balance it out. Our first visit to La Garrigue, and won't be our last. I'd recommend this to anyone interested in French Gastronomy.
Cozy spot near the train station! Farm to table vibe, and make it French. Friendly service, nice wine selection and lovely atmosphere. The salmon was succulent with flavor and the skin was crispy it melted in your mouth. The first course was a autumn special, squash and fresh mushrooms. For my dessert I went with the lemon curd with fruit, it was the BOMB! Must try if you’re in the area. Make a reservation in advance, I booked on open-table, they’re packed!

Happened upon this lovely restaurant in Grassmarket, Edinburgh, and we were lucky enough to get s table, I had French onion soup, husband had black pudding, then I chose the sea bass and husband had chicken supreme with blue cheese sauce. Great atmosphere, fabulous find, quirky building
Had a lunch here and wow - the food is amazing! Service was quick and very polite. The place is small with a nice atmosphere. Will definitely be going back.
We had salmon and ribeye steak as mains. They were delicious and good portion. Highly recommended. Staff were nice to us.

CHEZ JULES BISTRO REVIEWS
This place is fun and bustling and the prices are very reasonable. I popped in for a quick snack. I ordered the frog legs and 1/2 lobster. Highly recommend the frog legs as they are hard to find and they prepared them perfectly. *They also bring you olives, salami, bread and a small butter lettuce salad.
The lunch menu is very good! Cheap and delicious. After 12:00, many local people came and eat, the table are all occupied soon.
Really nice French bistro. Excellent steak frites. Go for the lunch menu set for values. Crowded but nice vibes. Service can be a bit slow during peak hours - but always done with a smile despite the heavy traffics.
