HARD ROCK CAFE REVIEWS
I'm totally blown away by the service here. I have a lot of allergies and when the waiter came to the table some of the first things they asked about was allergies. They quickly came with a whole folder where I could look up what I could eat and alternatives to some of the dishes. After ordering the manager came and said that my food was prepared in another area of the kitchen so my food wouldn't come into contact with the rest. I am mind blown by this amazing service! Thank you for a great experience!
My daughter and I stopped in for lunch while vacationing in Edinburgh. We got there right as they opened and were greeted by the host, Alex. Our server, who was also named Alex and host Alex were super friendly and very interactive with us. We even got to pick out what music to listen to during our meal. The food was excellent and drinks were amazing- I got the strawberry basil lemonade and had them add vodka to it —- sooooo refreshing and delicious! We hit up the gift shop on our way out - nice selection to chose from. We would not hesitate to return next time we are in the area.
I had a Hard Rock Cafe Edinburgh Dining Experience for Two. The Hard Rock Cafe experience goes far beyond the food. Good vibes, a great place to just hang out.

EDINBURGH LARDER REVIEWS
Delicious breakfast food and coffee! There was a queue forming when we got here just before opening time at 8am, and it’s no wonder. We ordered the Full Scottish Breakfast and the Waffle, as well as a long black and a cappucino. Food and coffee were both excellent. Service was great too!
Edinburgh Larder is a cozy and nice place to have breakfast. If you want a varied and, above all, delicious breakfast, then you've come to the right place. The staff is super friendly and the food is prepared with care and love. We had the traditional Scottish breakfast here and it was really fantastic.
Loved the turmeric latte and eggs florentine, their veggie options are great. Definitely arrive either right when they open on a weekday or make a reservation, this small cozy place gets busy fast and it's worth it!

SOUTHERN CROSS CAFE REVIEWS
Went here for breakfast and it was quite good! They were able to fit 6 of us comfortably! The staff were extremely friendly and answered all questions. Food was delicious, no complaints across the board. No alcohol if you are looking for that. Overall enjoyed our experience!
I liked the vibe. The cafe has insite and on the street area which are nice. The breakfast tasted well. We ordered porridge and scotch breakfast.
Ate here a couple of times over the weekend we were in Edinburgh . Firstly to have tea & cake (Apple & Almond cake was delicious as was the Earl Grey tea) and then went back for breakfast. Forgot to take pictures, but I had the Cheese & Tomato Croissant which was very tasty and hubbie had the Triple breakfast Roll (mushrooms, hash browns & sausages). He was a happy man. A lovely cafe on Cockburn Street which was friendly, clean and the food we ate was delicious!
