Since we came back from our NY trip, we have been searching for good bagels in the UK. This came close enough, especially with the texture and consistency of the bagels. It’s rare to find any chewy bagels in the UK, the quality of Bens bagels are better than average bagels and far better than store bought bagels. Service was impeccable. We spent 32 pound for a bagel, a drink and a side x two persons. Highly recommended.

I tried the bagel number 4 and it was very delicious. The chefs are also very kind and the atmosphere is relaxing and calm. I really enjoyed my stay there.

New York style bagels in Edinburgh! Super delicious + options for everyone. Also super dog friendly too.

I visited this bakery and was blown away by their offerings. The focaccia was wonderfully soft and flavorful, while the cruffins were absolutely delicious, with a perfect balance of crispiness and a rich, buttery taste. The quality of the baked goods here is top-notch. Highly recommended for anyone with a love for exceptional pastries.

Bagels and coffee were really delicious. I had an avocado bagel with salmon and mocha. Maybe a bit expensive but definitely worth it. You must try their cinnamon buns. The best I’ve ever had and I swear I had a lot.

The BEST cinnamon buns you’ll ever have. And the bagel with avocado, feta, & chili is just a dream. I always get a take away but they do have a few tables. I hope they will stay the same forever!!

Great bite to eat for the train. I got the salt beef on cheese and jalapeno bagel with mustard and it was heaven. I pre-ordered via the app and got 10% discount. When I arrived the staff had it ready, waiting for me so I didn't have to wait long and was able to go straight to my train without any delay. I saved it for lunch so it was cold but still amazing. Will definitely be looking for a local branch

This is honestly one of the best sandwich-type foods I have ever eaten, and that's including the three months I spent on the east coast of the US where sandwiches, hoagies and bagels practically became my new religion.

Had a little wander around Edinburgh last week and before heading home, we stopped by Bagel Factory to get some of their scrummy snacks ~
