TOP 3 GOLDEE'S BAGELS REVIEWS

The absolute best bagels in York and very likely beyond. Goldees treat bagels as a craft, layering them thoughtfully with both flavour and texture. My favourite is the fisherman, but even ordering a special flavour bagel (available on Sundays) with cream cheese can be great too. Whatever you order, you won't be disappointed.

One of the best bagel I had! I love it hot so I chose an everything bagel with running egg, garlic mushroom and emmental cheese. It was delicious and affordable (£5). The team was nice and work efficiently. I definitely recommend the place!

The UK doesn’t do bagels very well, but these guys do!!! I’ve been here a few times now and they never disappoint. Will be leaving York soon and I will miss these breakfast sandwiches above all else!

The wife and I fancied something different for change whilst shopping. We decided to stop here and get a bagel and it was one of the best I've tasted. The price of the meal deal was good value for money and the wait for food wasn't too long either.

We stopped for a quick bite after shopping at McCarther Glen York. I went for The chicken club, spot on very tasty my wife had the Classic, she enjoyed it. I got meal deal as I was having a drink, bag of crisps, great value. My wife wanted a hot drink so no meal deal, don't understand why hot drinks aren't included in the meal deals. Overall great bite to eat. Staff where friendly and helpful despite the lunch time rush.

Really nice. Great to have another option for something nutritious other than subway. Wish we had one of these in the North East

TOP 3 BISON COFFEE HOUSE REVIEWS

Lovely little place, good selection of bagels, toasties, sweet treats and drinks. Offers vegan and gluten free options (including breads and bagels) and is dog friendly, they even have a dog gallery wall! Would recommend the cold brew nitro coffee with tonic and lime, never heard of it before and wasn’t sure how it would taste but it was fantastic! Reasonably priced and cozy.

Owner is a really cool guy, clearly passionate about what he does and the coffee he produces. Fantastic coffee, food was awesome and well priced and the cafe is quirky with a good vibe. Thanks heaps

A lovely little independant coffee shop. The coffee is fabulous too. Great range of delicious hot, sweet and savoury snacks. Would reccomend.
