We loved it here. Such a pretty restaurant, small and intimate with nice decor. The food was amazing - the flavours! So tasty and a great selection of dishes. Love the tapas idea - we tried 7 dishes between 2 of us. The staff were very polite and friendly. I haven’t stopped recommending this place and I can’t wait to go back.

Very good food, excellent service, great drinks. Would definitely recommend the thick noodles with beef and the pork belly curry. Was a lot larger inside than expected, pleasantly surprised.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The food was so tasty and good portion size. We were able to try multiple dishes. The Thai wines were lovely.

PHRANAKHON THAI TAPAS & BAR REVIEWS

Had a lunch at Phranakon and it was one of our best meals in York. We shared around 5 dishes - thai tapas, but the individual dishes are decently portioned and 2 or 3 does fill you up nicely.There are seating arrangements both downstairs and up. Reservations are recommended for a busy day or dinner service.We tasted the pork belly, chicken, eggs, fish, and pawns. Very tasty, and each bite had us going back for more. The colours, aromas, and the mouthfeel of each of those dishes hit all the right notes. The lunch deal, if you within those stipulated hours, does save you some money and is recommended.

Fabulous food. The early bird special was very good value. Service was amazing. This is a hidden gem in York. Definitely visiting here again.

ROSA'S THAI YORK REVIEWS

Had a lovely lunch out this weekend with my mum. The prawn crackers with the sweet chilli sauce were the nicest I’ve had and the spring rolls were delicious too. Service was very quick and the staff were all lovely and very attentive. We had a lovely table overlooking the courtyard. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting some good Thai food.

We had an awesome lunch. Erin was a wonderful server. So polite and great service with a smile. Thank you to the whole staff at Rosa’s That. Oh make the tempura pork belly a regular item on your menu it was worth every bite.

Overall, a fantastic experience! the food was delicious (Pad Thai recommended) and arrived quickly. Both vegetarian and gluten-free meals are available at the restaurant. Service was good and facilities clean. Highly recommend.
